Welcome to the Daily Grind Nutrition. I am a Registered Dietitian who provides weight-neutral virtual nutrition counseling to support women living with high-functioning anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Together, we will navigate your concerns and establish a plan of action to help you gain the confidence you need to nourish your body and mind so that you can thrive in your daily grind.
