HI, I'M TERRI!

Welcome to the Daily Grind Nutrition. I am a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about providing weight-neutral and neurodiversity-affirming nutrition services. I support adults living with anxiety, depression, and ADHD who are ready to build kitchen confidence, navigate feeding differences, and overcome feeding challenges that pose barriers to nourishing their body and mind so that they can thrive in their 'daily grind'.

My mission is to empower and liberate each individual in my care by offering a strengths-based and person-centered approach to nutrition counseling through a weight-neutral and neurodivergent-affirming lens.  I value the individuality of each person and their lived experiences and am committed to providing a non-judgmental, informative, supportive, and emotionally safe space.
