HI, I'M TERRI!
Welcome to the Daily Grind Nutrition (DGN). I am a Registered Dietitian and a neurodivergent ADHD(c)er who is passionate about providing weight-neutral and neurodiversity-affirming nutrition care.
I empower and support individuals in navigating their feeding differences and challenges so they can take the stress out of mealtime, nourish their bodies and minds, and thrive in their 'daily grind' with confidence.
MISSION & VALUES
My mission is to challenge scientific and cultural assumptions about the relationship between weight and physical health as well as dominant neuronormative nutrition practices. I value the lived experiences of each individual and believe that my clients are the experts in their own experiences and care. I aim to empower and liberate each individual in my care by offering a strengths-based and person-centered approach to nutrition counseling in a non-judgmental, supportive, and emotionally safe space.
